Yes. Essentials costs nothing, for up to 2 users and up to 200 record pages a month. It includes intake and conflict checks, matters, deadlines with the limitation calculator, records upload with a chronology you build by hand, demand letters from your own template with Word download, and every security feature. It doesn't include the AI features.
Anyone on your team who signs in to Meruit: lawyers, paralegals, case managers and office staff alike. Each plan has a limit on users (2, 10 or 40), not a price per person.
So adding a paralegal or a new associate doesn't change your bill, and a busy month doesn't either. There are no per-case or per-letter fees. You pay one monthly price for the firm, up to your plan's user and record-page limits.
One page of a medical record or other document you upload for the chronology. A 120-page PDF from a hospital is 120 record pages. Essentials includes 200 a month, Growing Practice 3,000 and Large Firms 15,000, shared across the whole firm.
Growing Practice and Large Firms. They add AI chronology suggestions from medical records, where every entry shows its page and a checked quote, and AI first drafts of demand letters. A lawyer still approves everything that leaves the office.
